DS does really cool projects and employs passionate people! There's a great collaborative environment and my management respects work/life balance.

Cons

Since being acquired by a larger company a few years ago, some workflows take more time due to extra steps put in place for approvals and systems.

Pros

Large and complicated projects, proactive coworkers, intelligent and creative discussions, exciting technology and design outputs. Fantastic work life balance that I didn't think was possible with this type of work!

Cons

Things can be a little disorganized ... scrappy nature of the company makes it a little resistant to more formal pipelines and structure. Culture can be a little bro-y but there are active steps towards remediating this as of end of 2023

Talented, friendly, sociable team. Hard work is appreciated. Amazing clients and projects. Work output is stellar.

Cons

Whilst the team is growing, workloads can get bunched up on individuals whilst additional staff are found, but this is well understood and people are supportive of the pressures.
