Absolutely nothing at all except there is a company like this. Only if you are fresher or in the worst of worst case join this.

Cons

Many 1. One man Army which is Vikram 2. Dependent on 1 client 3. Less salary 4 More work 5. Doing resourcing to clients and then a don't care behaviour. Making heavy profits but less salary.
