Great staff but not so great compensation

Pros

- Hospital staff (clinical and non-clinical) are great to work with - Patient floors are well kept and very clean - Patient rooms are kept in good condition - Providers are very easy to work with - Hospital has good clinical resources and other convenient software for clinical employees

Cons

- Finding a parking space for employees is impossible after 8:00 am - Must prepay (expensive) for garage parking for employees - HR does nothing to help employee concerns - Upper management are very disconnected from the rest of the hospital - Employees are not compensated based on today's salary standards (HR seems to be using "competitive" salary rates from more than 15 years ago) - Crazy high cost of benefits - Many interdepartmental projects are done very inefficiently mainly due to the fact that members with power will micromanage other members in a different department/specialty
