Great for anyone who wants to know what it’s like working at an early stage startup. High level of autonomy. Lots of open discussion about how we think the company should run and what we need to get the best outcomes. Everyone gets the chance to offer an opinion. Generally the company is very quick to respond to changing times and people’s needs. This nimbleness has been proven by the fact of how much has been achieved even in universally tough times.

Cons

Funding constraints and priorities having to change to adapt to this can naturally feel stressful and unnerving.
