Absolutely none, stay far away from here if you value any amount of work/life balance
Cons
Where do I start; wages are under industry standard, they expect one person to do the work of three, internal policy is a joke, training is nearly non existent, there is internal policy to charge customers more if they look like they can afford it, etc. Overall scummy, overbearing, and micro-managing leadership team. I'd rate the experience 0 if I could.
