The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing to use a cliche. Management is in just complete disarray. The department I worked in had no process in place to manage work flow and executing job duties was difficult due to lack of process and/or clarity of job requests. Owner of the company is not a very nice person - very phony. The company does not value contractors and treats them badly.
