      Micromanaged Nightmare

      Can't think of any - a handful of nice coworkers

      Cons

      No one has any idea of what they're doing but will micromanage your every move. I had a terrible time working here and constantly felt condescended to and unsupported. I was required to outline my every move throughout the day, multiple times day, and was unable to think freely or express any disagreement. The products being sold are extremely unethical and on more than one occasion I witnessed racism. Upon my leaving, no effort was made to reach out or investigate my sharing of these concerns.

      Great start up to work for

      Pros

      I really love the company culture here. I came from a big corporate structure to this start up and have felt a huge shift in my happiness. Meetings happen when they need to, but we have plenty of time to do work as well. I feel like I have good work life balance now, and enjoy working from home.

      Cons

      It is hard to work totally from home but they are looking for an office space that is optional for employees local to the area to go in to when desired.
