      Unprofessional and out of their depths.

      Pros

      Good salary, 3 days and 4 days a fortnight, great Work life balance.

      Cons

      Poor senior leadership. No compliance structure set up after 4 years in Australia. Ex HR now CEO no ideas for logistics business and out of his depth. No business structure. Poor staff training. Top heavy in management team, too many Chief's not enough Indians. Exploit IDC and student visa workers

      They have a really good Nactional operations manager and good trainer.

      Cons

      The other manager doesn’t really know what he’s doing and only pretends to care about the staff.
