I have to enter 5 word here, so, that should do it.

Cons

Paid training is only two weeks with employees that hate their jobs and hate the Manager. Too much demand for such a small and unrecognized company. Employees all have second jobs as the income with this company does not help make ends meet. Also this company is not completely honest with the job description.
