Offered great trainings throughout my employment and bonuses. The staff was super supportive and cared about your growth, giving you more responsibilities overtime.

Cons

As a well known bar/restaurant chain, you will more likely work in a very fast paced environment, with hundreds of clients at the same time. Feeling overwhelmed is quite frequent

Salary gets good with service on top but does not meet expectations given on interview.

Cons

Ops run the place badly and all its talk about is numbers. Lack of training. Bad site conditions for the level of sales. A lot of furniture moving and late closings with lack of staff. Staff burn out. No reviews, feedback or incentives for management. Lack of HR and support. Lack of work life balance. Hours well over contract with no extra pay. Staff turnover extremely high.
