Even if I make extra effort to find pros I don't see any. Sorry.
Cons
Culture of company is based on BS from President and their behalf. If you have not begin to work when they started 20 years ago you are not considered especially if you have a university bachelor degree. If you have not much recruiting experience, they will hire you and leave you without coaching. You will be back stabbed by your superiors. Even if you are yes man type they will not give you a good reference after your years of services. They provide fake efficiency image instead of competent consulting and recruiting. Diabetes people are denied. Even if you are brown nose they will find a way to discourage you so you leave the company.
