Pros

Nice company for everybody. There is so much to learn and yes of course there is work pressure. But the question is "Is this the only company that have work pressure or it is in every company?".

Cons

Work pressure don't make a company bad or good. Its people who don't want to work they say it is a bad company.

You will earn some incentives for the sales done

Cons

Lot of cons but will tell few: 1. Worst Management and short tempered CEO 2. The floor manager's behaviour towards women is very bad. 3. I could see that people who were told they are selected for the job will be send out of the job after their 5 days of stupid training where the final interview is done by the stupid CEO. This guy has rejected lot of good sales people without any reason.
