      Pressured to pressure clients into sales/appts Boss is a huge bully Always reminded that you are replaceable Old contacts were given which resulted in no commission Terrible environment Blamed company's short comings on employees Nothing you do is right

      Great career for those with self motivation

      Pros

      Pay is amazing, 6 figures isn’t hard if you can apply yourself. No one breathes down your neck and your paycheck is completely up to you. They give you all the tools to succeed as well. The training is bar none the most complicated but for someone who’s been in over 10 sales jobs it actually sets you up to succeed. Best part is its not cut throat sales they actually do put the customer first which makes it easy.

      Cons

      If your not a self motivated person it isn’t for you, they will help you to succeed but expect to work hard on your own.

      It's a great place to work for people that love outdoor jobs/carriers You can make decent money if you work your tale off Excellent Training given

      Cons

      You won't make money in the winter as it's really a seasonal job Compensation plan is very weak Company has a weak corporate structure You have to work every Saturday, very bad if you have a family You will drive all over NOVA It's 100% commission with a small draw Not enough leads (quality leads) No dependable schedule
