There is zero communication. Executive leadership would rather avoid than address issues and productivity trumps common sense and ethical boundaries. They expect team members to work multiple roles and prove worth and loyalty in order to get basic cost of living increases. Internal staff makes judgemental and stigmatizing remarks against addicts seeking recovery. There are no penalties if you are part of the inner crowd. Operations are not like any other facility and staff is never allowed to know whats actually happening and when they do they are expected to keep it from ownership. Overall, toxic.
