Pros

Some people were great to work with and helping the clients was very rewarding

Cons

Executive team was a joke and did not want to handle any concerns. Found people to do their work. Relationships between members proved to be an issue and led to favortism and cliques. Didn't feel comfortable voicing any concerns. They worked their people far more hours in a row than is allowed by law and didn't blink an eye about it.

Pros

Not much. They do offer a free lunch.

Cons

Incompetent nursing staff. Most of the team’s knowledge is low including the VP. They will offer you boatloads of money to come on board. The facility has mold everywhere - covered with paint on top of paint. Save your health, time and license. Work elsewhere.

Pros

There are some great people dedicated to helping others.

Cons

There is zero communication. Executive leadership would rather avoid than address issues and productivity trumps common sense and ethical boundaries. They expect team members to work multiple roles and prove worth and loyalty in order to get basic cost of living increases. Internal staff makes judgemental and stigmatizing remarks against addicts seeking recovery. There are no penalties if you are part of the inner crowd. Operations are not like any other facility and staff is never allowed to know whats actually happening and when they do they are expected to keep it from ownership. Overall, toxic.
