Pros
It was great to work with a definite schedule and other people after many years freelancing, It a was fully remote job so I had the chance to be connected with very interesting people. I learnt a lot about the process of creating virtual images, I wish this collaboration (it was a maternity leave) could have lasted longer
Cons
Communication wasn't great. I felt at times expectations and tasks were not clear enough between the team. There was a lot of unnecessary back&forth before completing anything
