Lack of ambition everywhere

Pros

Free breakfast/lunch, free gym, lots of "gap time" or unpaid time off in between projects

Cons

lots of "gap time" or unpaid time off in between projects No one leaves, so there are lots of stagnant positions/departments Upper management is full of people who have been there a long time, but are not good at what they do Artistic direction is the same for every movie, way blown out lighting NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE STORY, the unsaid motto is "I hope this movie makes enough money so I don't get laid off in 6 months" They are so scared to make anything original, that they constantly try to buy other properties and then bastardize them into family story

Pros

Fantastic team, great, positive attitudes. Movies keep getting better. Overall a great place to be.

Cons

The proprietary animation software is painfully antiquated and the old guard will not or cannot see it. Pay is terrible.
