Pros

This is a young and growing company, which specialises in selling national and worldwide experiences to both the corporate and private sectors. Any experience, from a horseback ride or massage to driving Formula1 cars, participating in air combats or being a VIP in Hollywood premiers - the company does it all. This makes for an interesting work environment with plenty of challenges, especially with regards to developing the trade with a large number of corporate clients who use the company to create reward and incentive programs for employees, agents, clients, management, etc..

Cons

Being a small and fairly young company it may not offer as many side benefits as being an employee of a large corporation.

Small & Agile – A boutique agency where your voice is heard and your impact is seen. Family Atmosphere – Supportive, collaborative, and friendly culture that feels like home. Nice Work Environment – A creative and comfortable space designed to inspire. Prime Location – Easy access and a central spot that keeps you connected. Cons

Unstable at Times – As a small agency, work flow can fluctuate. Few Clients – Limited client base means less variety in projects. Lack of Systems – Processes are still developing, which can sometimes cause inefficiencies. Financial Challenges – Budget and funding constraints may impact growth and stability.
