The environment was relaxing and friendly. It was a really fun job and you could experience the VR experiences with friends often which was incredible. I loved seeing customers reactions to the experience.

Cons

Sometimes technical difficulties or other circumstances can cause shows to be late so you have to move quick in cleaning your area and preparing it for the next show and making sure everything is working. It is difficult to make the experience for customers as amazing and un-rushed as possible at these times. The pay could have been better since we had a lot of responsibilities in terms of being trained in every positions

Great team to work with. Supportive managers. Get to make people happy when technology works. Easy going with time off requests.

Cons

The technology used in the store is outdated compared to other VR locations that use wireless headsets and no backpacks. The technology only works 70% of the time and results in guests yelling at you when their experience is ruined. The management team seems helpless with the higher ups.
