Pros

None at all when the cons outweighs the pros

Cons

- Below market rate salary - Shareholders working as Head of Departments (Major red flag) - Business Decisions are made not as HODs but as shareholders point of view are detrimental to company's success - More concerned on maximizing revenue rather than providing a pleasant experience for the customers, just look at the condition and hazards of some of their indoor playground - You will most likely need to wear many hats as some job positions are not clearly defined - MNC wannabe, taking profits from local base to fund the overseas expansion might not do wonders for your hard earned performance bonus - Peers do not have positive comments about the management speaks volumes - You might be let go even if there was no performance or code of conduct breached, heard it happened not once but twice. Makes one wonder if this company rewards loyalty to their employees - The vacant headcount meant for the operations team (the ones who cares for the customers) is absorbed by the marketing instead Join this company and see it for yourself and turn your dreams into nightmares. Good Luck!

Good, but can be better.

Pros

Colleagues are great but depends on your department. Hybrid work, again depends on your department.

Cons

Staff welfare is nothing out of this world. Pay is low for a lot of work. Bonus sometimes there, sometimes not there. Management enjoys reorg rather than hiring new people. WLB is almost non-existent. Be prepared to work over the weekends and after office hours, especially on high period.

Pros

- Flexibility - Working environment - Young, fun & lovely co-workers (ONLY if you're lucky & got deployed to a good department) - Selective listeners; At times can be fairly understanding Fairly decent staff benefits for an SME, & tbf, the company is treating their employees better right now. Here's for anyone looking for a Part-Time job, join us if you like kids! Pretty decent pay rates with short working hours. Flexible working hours and a really easy PT job.

Cons

A repeated one from the rest of the reviewers, but here goes: . Depending on your department, it can get/be quite toxic - Co-workers can get really salty, and there's really a disparity between the different roles. The way we are paid too. . Allrounder - Though signed to one role, one wage, you're probably required to execute 2 to 3 people's job/work/task. . Wages - Old school rates, could seriously do so much better. Please pay to retain, not to get-by. Why pay mediocrely when you could be the best in SG? Also, it doesn't make sense to pay new hires higher when they are less experienced. How would your older (probably loyal) employees feel? . Selective Listeners; Your crew matters > show more empathy. Extremely demanding guests would ultimately be the death of you.
