Not every client follow the organised way of project flow hence team suffers long working hours due to committed deliverable. Clients should be pushed to follow the organized work flow to avoid random and unexpected changes.

Let's start with the actual truth. 1. Management and middle managements are full of arrogant peoples and they have a feelings that they know everything, where's actually they know nothing. 2. Pressure is extremely high irrespective of situation. 3. Each projects have more than 5-6 project managers and 1-2 developers. Even those 1-2 developers are assigned in more than 3 projects simultaneously. 4. As mentioned before, developer assignment is very poorly handled by so called project managers, so we can guess what will be the output quality. 5. Management takes projects without thinking of their and their developers ability. Thus putting more and more pressure on developers. 6. During lock-down period they are forcing employees to work more than 14 hours daily even on Saturday Sunday, in the name of crisis situation. They are enjoying the hard work done by employees and threatening them of cutting salary. 7. No public holidays, even they pressurized employees to work on national holidays like 26th January even on 15th August. 8. Advice to job seekers and prospective clients, avoid this company at any cost.
