Good work-life balance, not stressful environment, good vacation

Poor salary, no room for growth, no recognition in analyst positions from senior level

Pros

As previous reviews have stated,there is a great training program and much support for the first 6 months. There is absolutely no advancement unless you are one of the chosen favorites. Even then, there is little or no place to move up to.

Cons

All calls are recorded. Each month, two calls are reviewed with the manager. In many of my review sessions, I was humiliated by the manager and brought to tears. This person got great joy in this process.

Pros

The non call center staff are friendly.

Cons

Trainers and Floor Managers yell and humiliate staff. High turnover rate. Floating 30 minute lunch breaks so you can’t schedule interviews to leave.
