Pros
Decent people, nice environment, benefits are mediocre ($2000 health insurance deductible), training was above average and very professional, the company atmosphere just didn't measure up.
Cons
I was offered a promotion, accepted the offer, it never materialized. When I brought it to HR 6 months later I was told that in fact I was never offered a promotion, and the manager only meant it as a "career path" discussion. I was misled and management is less than honest. I certainly wouldn't recommend working here.
