Toxic work culture. If you’re from the Indian team, expect to be treated like a slave. No work-life balance, and they’ll fire you once they’ve used you. The founder is clueless, and higher management is misleading him. No freedom to speak up, and they lay off employees saying they over-hired. Better to join a good organization. No bonus , No appreciation. All team managers talk like hilter.
