      Incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and helpful teammates across the organization. Real sense of community and pride in quality of products and sense of job well done.

      Cons

      Very much a "boys' club" mentality where women's talents and expertise are often undermined or second guessed. Not enough people of color or women in leadership.
