Major hypocrisy coming from upper management. Blatant favoritism and sexism. Continually instill false hope and tout "growth opportunities" without being able to follow through. No concern over employee retention or reducing turnover. Call themselves a "start up" after over 10 years in business, presumably as an excuse for poor organization and a rotten foundation. Compromises employee safety. While I was there not only was our garage robbed, but we constantly had to manage irate customers. Their rental contract and marketing feel both predatory and extortionary. Will compromise your relationships, both personal and business i.e. they don't pay their vendors until they are weeks or even months late. It takes a literal end in service for accounting to even notice we needed a check. They operate in 6-9 month cycles of 'hire 5 people, layoff 7' etc

Zero communication from upper management.
