Pros
Toxic senior management and selfish HR team. They don't mind about employees and their welfare. They do only what they require.
Cons
Lot of corruption in the senior management level. Most of the senior don't know the team responsible. Just like that blaming the employees. HR team is really have no idea and experience in many departments even sales and marketing. Without knowing they are making KRA. They Way they are responding to the low level employee is really unacceptable.
