Pros

Very flexible work hours. You can do some jobs in between other jobs you have. It is easy to get hired because they never have enough people (because no one wants to stay in this job... see cons).

Cons

The pay structure is horrible. You get paid just over minimum wage, are required to print a lot of paper which is out of pocket. You are only paid for in store time, and although you are paid for mileage, you are NOT paid for driving time and many jobs are only 1/2hour long. The time you spend organizing your schedule and printing massive amounts of required documents is also unpaid. If you don't finish the job in time you can't report it so you have to decide if you will work overtime unpaid or not get paid at all for your work. Very unethical. Hours are inconsistent. You will work 70 hours one week and no hours for 3 weeks. Managers are hard to get ahold of. I have worked here for about 6 months and never let my supervisor. Training is non-existent. Good luck. Team members often walk out of jobs or don't show up leaving you to do all the work alone. Store managers will treat you like dirt. Be prepared for them to yell, complain, and berate you without penalty, even when the issue has nothing to do with you.

Pros

Get to lead projects and see different parts of the country. Healthcare is pretty good for management.

Cons

Double occupancy with a subordinate, causes you to have to be on the clock 24/7. Worse mileage reimbursment than a a pizza delivery driver. No trainng "sink or swim" phrase has been thrown around a few times. Will suspend your salary if you catch covid on the job.

Pros

ft job salaried med ben

Cons

will work you 100 hrs wk, must be available on vacation or written up, must be available on week end not just a 40 hr wk position - over lap very large projects over and over - upper management will run you into the earth and not care - they say they will help you and then use it against you that you could not keep up when a project comes up in the middle of all the other projects
