Pros

Rarely anything to do. Client needs virtually non-existent

Cons

When I became a driver and was assigned to what turned out to be the only client in my region for DNS, I often sat for 5 hours not delivering or retrieving a single vehicle. I was often given conflicting instructions as to destinations by the client and put in vehicles that were unsafe and certainly not prepared to deliver to a client without an apology from the detailing department. An apology that I provided, not that they did. I found myself apologizing for Bill Knight Lincoln / Ford More than once. I left because I was told there was no more work to be had since the dealership decided they no longer needed someone, and they were right they did not, on the late shift. This is the first time, addressing the title of this review, that they informed me there was no other clientele in the area. They also refused to allow me to stay with DNS in the event that I move to a different area of the country. I would have to apply again and start from scratch. Nothing vested, and certainly no conversations with the client regarding what they were or were not happy with, never an opportunity to explain that our mission and my mission in representing the company that placed me at Bill Knight Lincoln was the customer, not the client. I was courteous and professional and I let them know when their systems had put me on the wrong track and why I had to apologize for them because an individual's car, an individual who vapes incessantly, was so clouded that when the sun hit it I was blinded. That's the vehicle they put me in to deliver safely and that's the vehicle they put me in to deliver to their client as a sign of their thorough service. Well that thorough service should extend to the company that contracted me as a driver and I represented both companies as professionally as possible while being given absolutely nothing in return, absolutely no reciprocation of that sort of respect and professionalism.
