Terrible company to work for

Pros

Co workers are cool people. Sundays off.

Cons

Owners are very greedy and do not give a lick about anyone. They cheat managers on their bonus. The pay is terrible. Insurance is a rip off They give you vacation but rarely anyone gets to use it Only ONE paid holiday per year-christmas. Worst managers in the industry. They only hire ameatures because they dont want to pay them much. GS get absolutely no overtime No one ever gets a raise. Even their top technician in the company can't get more money! They let people do drugs at work and steal money and do side work - as long as they are making the company money, the owners look the other way. Everyone is always high. Corporate office micro manages everything. Must read from a script when answering phone calls. District managers are confused about their job because owner is a control freak and keeps frequently changing everything around.

Pros

I could not find any.

Cons

NO PAID VACATION, health insurance is a joke. NO ther benefits even for the salaried employees. Employees are over loaded with work and expected to work late hours and weekends. High turn over of employees. People come in and go out on a monthly basis. They are constantly looking for cheap labor, so they don't care if you have great skills. Micro-management is the norm right from the top. They treat contractor personnel real bad. Need I say more, I got out as soon as I got a chance. ONE MUST BE VERY CRAZY OR VERY DESPERATE TO WORK HERE.

Pros

Agressive corporate advertising attracts many new customers every day. The owner, Mike Daniel, personally trains each new hire how his system works so that each person knows the part they play in the operation in the facility.

Cons

Mike continually recruits new people so that he may continously fire the lowest perceived employees. Since Mike expects instant results, this puts so much pressure on his employees that they approach the customer base with high pressure tactics to survive. There is not opportunity to build trusting relationships with customers.
