Everyone cares about one another, and is very mission driven. No slackers. It's an incredibly motivating place to work, and you are surrounded by supportive, fun coworkers. It makes coming into work enjoyable. - Spend lots of time outdoors. With trees of course. It's rewarding, and again, a huge motivator. - Supportive telecommuting policy. - Great leadership. I trust that they our leadership team is steering the company in the right direction. They are also transparent when giving company updates, and frequently communicate these updates with the company. - Unlimited PTO during the off seasons. For someone that likes to travel, this is an amazing perk. - Located in downtown Ballard. Can easily walk to get food/coffee, or stop by one of the many breweries after work.
