Pros
Well, they have achieved mastery at PR and Marketing. They sale DJI drones procured from local markets and sell them to army claiming they have made the drones! Yet they have managed to convince IIM Calcutta that they are a startup. Such is their marketing. I learned the power of marketing from them.
Cons
Well, where do i even start, The first three employees were promised 11 thousand a month. But they were not paid more than 5000 ever. Once one of the employee brought his father and had a fight with Ritesh kanu the owner, because he was paid just 2500!! Despite full attendance. They all left. They even took money from one of the employees while he was in pune...but neither they returned his money nor gave his salary. They claim to be a startup....but they treat their employees not as a team but like some minor inferior creatures.
