      - Great and smart people to work with and learn from - Leadership listens and takes action, with no rigid hierarchy - Engineers care about the code quality and using the latest technologies, they spend time upgrading old codes and resolving tech debts - Lots of opportunities to grow and learn - Enough opportunity for anyone who wants to be hands-on projects - Competetive salary

      - No work-life balance - Unrealistic deadlines - You get the feeling that managers and leaders don't care about the employees and just care about the product

      You're certainly right that there has been a lot of change. With all our growth, naturally, some teams have been more affected than others. Fortunately, we've recently launched a "scrappy playbook" to bring us together and build fun, exciting momentum towards success.
