Wendy Drucker was a genuine JEWEL and wasn't aware of the many internal issues that befall her companies reputation. Unfortunately, the remaining upper management team was not quite as trustworthy, nor did they care for their employees. There were way too many "cliques" and a " good old boys club" mentality. The values and family atmosphere portrayed in these current employee reviews are encouraged each year via email for future business opportunities and to entice applicants for employment. Advancement was only offered to those who went with the program and didn't ask questions and assignment properties were given to personal friends of the regional managers. Employees were grossly overworked and underpaid. I was there for 4 years and each evaluation added a new page of responsibility with not much compensation. There was never adequate training or bonuses for employees, even at holiday time like at most companies. In comparison to other Property Management companies, this company was my greatest disappointment.
