      Teamwork. Most all people work well with each other. Ideas are respected and they go out of their way to try and make work fun too.

      Location, crime in surrounding area. Long commute from East County.

      If you are a drummer, you will enjoy working around others who share your passion. The workplace is casual and fellow staffers are nice.

      Cons

      Nontransparent work environment. Poor internal communication and inconsistent application of policy. Little to no upward mobility and below industry standard compensation.
