      Pros

      I have only been with the company for a short while, but I have learned so much above and beyond what a normal analyst does. Nice hybrid working model.

      Cons

      Would be nice if they had more snacks and drinks.

      Company next door is loud twice a week. Would of like Endless Vacation

We are a global company, with a country-wide client base and this stretches founder’s time on several aspects, and he will act on your feedback.

      It is literally just looking at logs.

      Cons

      RSA NetWitness is a severely lacking tool with terrible scaling... The fact that only RSA NetWitness is used for this company is concerning. Inexperienced SOC, inefficient rule building, no threat intelligence platform... Genuinely a backwards place to work for... I would not recommend this place if you're trying to get your foot in the door into InfoSec... Interview process is a bombardment of IT-related trivia which is incredibly bizarre... Toxic work environment and the office manager is extremely snarky and passive aggressive, unforgivably unprofessional... Better, competitive pay with better benefits elsewhere.
