Pros

none whatsoever besides back then the office was located literally at the beach,

Cons

i worked there for less than a year a while back. no benefits whatsoever. a little pay. i had a BS in EE back then and the owner had no problem paying me around 34000 when i started. the job itself requires no more than a high school. during the interview he made it sound as if it were a highly technical function which isn't. the guy doesn't believe in working hours either; he expects you to stay longer than 5 until you finish your work, which is absurd given how much he pays. he made me travel on Sundays on my own time so i am ready on Monday for work. if i am lucky and happen to fly back home kind of early the following Friday he would literally make me drive back to the office and work until 5. he doesn't believe in the concept of 40 hour week. he won't pay for your per diem either if you fly back home early. true story. he was so cheap he once he asked me to find a friend for ride to the airport instead of him paying for my cab. it's absurd and unprofessional. the worst part of working for him is cheating. one many times he hinted to me about simply making up numbers in the reports if it comes down to it, which is completely illegal given these reports are FCC requirements for all wireless carriers. little does he know it could cost someone their PE licenses including him. i had a bad experience, in the meantime a learning one.

Dishonest company

Pros

The boss is kind of a pushover. Sometimes he'll buy you lunch.

Cons

It's difficult to feel good about working for a company that routinely alters data, or just in fact, makes up number to include into reports. Management is not consistent in their requests, it's difficult to understand who is in charge. You get different instructions from different people. When you see them ripping off clients, it makes you feel like you will get ripped off too.
