    Good work life balance unless you're a manager Good culture about safety

    Great work teams Management is sympathetic to concerns Large organisation, so always interesting to work Great cultural values and a concern for employee safety.

    Cons

    Huge changes in the company, have cause confusion, low morale A lot of career employees who reside in the same position for a long time which doesn't allow for easy advancement Perks slowly diminished as the company direction changed

    Large company with decent investment in IT, M&AD activity allows for expansion of experience, never boring.

    Shifting priorities can de-rail transformation activity in favor of cost-cutting and/or M&A activity.
