Pros
You are treated fairly. You are not micro-managed. They listen to suggestions. The culture ain't stressful. You aren't rushed around all the time. They offer employees time to go to conferences. They want to improve and mean it. They are transparent. They think about the long game.
Cons
There is legacy code, thus some things are hard to maintain but not worth refactoring from a to z. The current office ain't as good as it could be. But we're moving in a couple of weeks to a new location.
