Pros

Some very good talented partners,

Cons

Insecurity at 100% levels, You can be fired any moment, they tend to hire people to work for a while in some cases, a couple of little projects or so. Micromanagement is also a common thing there. Life-Work balance questionable, Owners are watching above your shoulder all the time. Not recommended unless extremely necessary

Pros

Relatively good salary, 100% working from home and they have some office at Montevideo

Cons

Montevideo, 2021. No organization at all where they have little projects with limited budget and limited time, that is a explosive mixture resulting in overloaded developers. The company it's a mess. Leaders which most of the time are founders friends, some are irresponsable and incapable of keep a healthy project. Toxicity becomes common making people to quit, they hire and fire and it seems they like it, or just don't know what they are needing. Do not move from a secure job to DBP if you want a stable position.
