Project ownership, Great culture, Management tends to listen to their employees, exciting future, disrupting the industry norms. Overall Dub has been a great opportunity.
Cons
Sometimes we can be too focused on supporting small use cases, lack of transparency, better communication with customers, lack of user feedback.

-Very friendly staff to both each other and to clients -Good communication across all channels -Superior product -Flexible work environment; stability balls, standing desks, etc. available
Cons
-No fully stocked kitchen -Have to bring laptop into work to have keyboard
