If you produce you will get $$$ If you don't well.... you'll be frustrated

its a results oriented job. Management can be stringent and treat new employees like poop.

Interesting review as Management follows up with each new employee almost daily, if "Stringent" means flexible hours, work from home capabilities, over 3 weeks off and constant support and an open door policy- then yes this company is stringent

The people who are no longer there were the only pros..

Cons

Horrible commission structure! If you were 5 minutes late the manager would make you stay 30 minutes extra like you were a child. Micromanaging constantly. A lot of racism, ageism, sexism within the hiring process which was awful to deal with. I used to cry almost daily while working there.
