      You get to work on big products. When I joined, an above market rate salary(not anymore)

      Great team culture but other departments need improvement

      Pros

      Bayut Team is a great place to work at, there is no micromanagement and the upper management is really understanding. You never get the feeling of working in a corpo office.

      Cons

      Haven't heard good stories about other departments, they should adapt too. It will give everyone a healthy env to work at.
