      Great for new professionals, tough for those with experience

      Pros

      Dubsado is a young company with a lot of potential. It's a great place for those earlier in their careers to gain hands-on experience in a fun environment with relatively low stress.

      Cons

      At this stage Dubsado has more than a few growing pains, especially in the areas of transparency, integrity, and company culture. The leadership team will likely need more development before attracting and retaining top-level talent, which may be the reason for heavy employee turnover the last two years.

      Good coworkers and work-life balance. Benefits are average.

      Cons

      Leadership positions are filled by family and friends. Reactive and inexperienced managers don't take accountability and micromanage. Leadership becomes passive aggressive when given negative feedback.

      Pros

      Some benefits are nice like the hybrid work, and they had smaller "perks" like catering lunch during sales

      Cons

      Overall lack of direction and poor leadership is the root of a lot of issues at this company. They often act reactively, instead of proactively, in situations only putting a "bandaid" on problems that arise. Low morale, stalled productivity and frustration due to lack of strategy and clear communication, high forced turnover, and low pay scales are constant employee issues that company leaders refuse to address.
