Good dental plan & plenty of hours.

Cons

Management will treat you like you can never be trusted or do enough no matter how much effort is put in. do a good job and no one cares. make a mistake and its the end of the world. 70 hour work week and low pay no appreciation

Supervisors don't care about workers at all, pay sucks with extremely minimal benefits, extreme cold, everyone besides workers are unfriendly

Ugh ... I'm so sorry to hear you feel this way! I wish you would have talked with Human Resources in Portland before you decided to leave; I'd like to think they could have done something to help you out! We encourage all of our employees to report any type of disrespectful behavior so that we can investigate it and deal with it accordingly. Sorry it turned out this way for you ...
