      Met some nice co-workers to complain about our days with.

      There are so many to list. Right off the bat the pay is atrocious especially for being in New Jersey which is one of the most expensive places to live in the country. You won't be given raises and if you are they will be minimal. Management doesn't think of you as a person. To them you are a body clicking buttons and making them money. Also it is very cliquey in the art department. The art director is very immature and if you get on her bad side she will take it out on you. It feels like you are in high school. The hours are bad. The pay is bad. You get no breaks. You are treated poorly. Don't even consider this place NOT EVEN for a first job.
