- pretty easy workflows to follow - managers responsive and helpful - consistent training - team dynamic in Slack but can also work independently - good culture aorund PTO
Cons
- The copilot tools are slow and glitchy - Laptops are slow - Some members are rude - Bad reviews are not filtered out from your personal score even if you did not make a mistake
