Pros

The staff on the floor and the customers

Cons

Watching all the HR staff and higher management take bags of stock home between themselves but never rewarding the teams or team leaders . Letting people consistently get away with bullying and being homophobic , brushing bad behaviour under the carpet . Managers ruling by dictatorship

Pros

The passengers and the airport environment are everything. If you enjoy interactions and the airport it’s a nice place to be.

Cons

Everything else is a disaster. Incompetent management on all levels Incompetent staff nobody can rely on, mainly due inefficient training and lack of supervision/care from store managers. No benefits whatsoever. HR make you feel like a guilty criminal for sneezing the wrong way. Poor communication between all channels in this business. No one knows how to guide staff correctly. Toxic culture -where team building is discouraged.
