central management was an issue

The founder of the company will barely say a word to you despite walking past you every single day. The company does not live up to its values. Staff members are quite often kept in the dark and treated poorly. There are no staff benefits and certain members of management do not care about anyone but themselves. At first glance this could be a warm and welcoming environment with values like “ we are a family” and “ we lead with heart” but unfortunately, the company do not actually believe in these values as evident by how they treat their staff.
