District manager decision making and listening skills General management across all stores generally do not have skills or experience required to do job properly. Company is obsessed with PPE/safety even at the cost of client relationships. Entry level staff are almost never trained by a professional so many lack customer service skills or experience to properly provide solutions to residential and commercial clients. Lack of accountability from company when a mistake occurs. I’ve seen the company try and succeed in making customers pay for the store’s mistakes or for defective product.
