      Pros

      Great benefit package and 401k matching. Nice casual atmosphere with good modern working environment.

      Cons

      HORRIBLE upper management group. They gossip with each other like a bunch of little school girls on the playground. You would think there would be a lot more maturity among a group of individuals that run a company of this caliber. Huge pay disparity between the men and the women within the company. If you are a woman, ask for more; you're not going to get it, but at least you can say you tried!

      Benefits are good to great.

      Cons

      Upper Management is ok planting lies about employees that are quitting or have been fired. They seem to do this for damage control by using gossip as tool. This caused me to not trust them and wonder what else they are dishonest about. This happened to people I know before I left and to me personally after I left.
